Changing your booking

Cancelling your booking
Contact the team through the same phone or WhatsApp number. State clearly that you want to cancel and include the booking name and travel dates. Ask the team to acknowledge the cancellation and explain any charges and refundable amount under the conditions agreed for your booking.

Security deposit, late return, and early return

Ask how fuel differences, extra kilometres, late returns, fines, or damage may be handled under your agreement. An early return or missed pickup does not automatically establish a refund; contact the team to discuss the agreed terms.
If your chosen car becomes unavailable
Contact the team to discuss an alternative vehicle, revised dates, or cancellation and any refund due. Confirm any alternative and its price before accepting it.
